• Our Policies are pretty simple they will be listed down below!

• While being apart of our staff team it's always important to follow our policies & guidelines to remain as a staff member. If you are caught breaking servers rules it will result in immediate punishment!

Professional Conduct

• Staff must remain professional and respectful at all times, both in & out of official server channels.

• Do not engage in arguments, harassments, or drama with members or other staff.

• Use appropriate language when representing the server.

Confidentiality

• Internal discussions, decisions, and reports must remain confidential within the staff team.

• Leaking staff chats, logs, or sensitive information will result in immediate removal.

No Abuse of Power

• Staff members are not allowed to misuse their permissions (e.g., banning members without cause, teleporting unfairly, etc).

• Always act fairly and follow established procedures when moderating.

Activity & Availability

• Staff are expected to remian active in both the Discord and the game server.

• Inactivity without notice for than 7 days may result in removal from the staff team.

• Notify a Administrator+ or post in appropriate channel if you'll be away.

Chain of Command

• Follow the staff hierarchy when raising concerns or reporting issues.

• Do not bypass your supervisor unless it's an emergency or the issue directly involves them.

Decision-Making

• Major decisions (e.g., banning high-profile players, server changes) must be discussed with senior staff.

• All bans, warnings, and kicks must be documented properly in appropriate channels.

Favoritism & Bias

• Treat all players equally regardless of friendship or status.

• Do not give special treatment, in-game advantages, or inside information to friends.

Feedback & Reporting

• Staff are encouraged to give feedback & suggestions through official channels.

• IF you witness another staff member breaking policy, report it to a supervisor.

Termination of Position

• Staff may be removed at any time for failure to follow policies, inactivity, or behavior deemed harmful to the server.

• Voluntary resignations should be submitted with notice and professionalism.
